ClearPath Events

Run an event the way
managed-services firms run yours.

One operations platform. Every stakeholder at your event has a polished interface — operator, attendee, volunteer, vendor — and the day-of math runs on real numbers, not spreadsheets.

What we built

Every stakeholder
has a polished interface.

Most event software stops at registration. ClearPath keeps going — to the vendor map, the volunteer mobile sign-in, the security gate, the sponsor payment tracker. Every person involved in your event sees a surface that respects their time.

01

A registration page that closes itself.

Public-facing, branded, mobile-first. The sidebar pre-empts every common question — staging location, deadlines, fee structure, fraud warnings, contact for the human running the show. Every entrant pays through Stripe and walks away with a QR-coded ticket. The detail on this page is what separates an event that fills from one that bleeds applicants at the form.

02

Volunteers self-organize.

A signup page with the actual roles, the actual shifts, and the actual capacity remaining — visible to the volunteer before they commit. No more "do we have enough hands at registration?" group-chat panic. The roster fills itself, and the operator sees who's where in real time.

03

A map that knows where everyone is.

Every approved vendor gets dropped onto an interactive map of your event footprint. Drag-and-drop placement, color-coded by package tier, real-time check-in status on event day. The kind of operational picture managed-services firms charge $20K for — built into the platform you're already using.

04

One panel, every operation.

Real-time KPIs across registrations, sponsor tiers, vendor packages, volunteer roster, t-shirts, donations. Status pills tell you who's paid, who's awaiting check, who's complimentary. Pending-payment alerts surface before they become collection problems. The day-of revenue line updates as each Stripe charge clears.

Beyond the gate

The depth nobody else builds.

Security gate
Scan QR codes or search by name.

Every ticket carries a QR. Every gate volunteer scans them on a phone. No paper rosters, no "is this person on the list?" lookup loops. Manual fallback by name when phones die.

Volunteer mobile
Volunteers sign in by QR.

Print one QR code, hand it out at the briefing. Volunteers scan it, enter a PIN and their name, and they're in the event-day app — assignment, instructions, contacts. Kill all sessions in one click when the show closes.

Multi-stage entertainment
Bands schedule themselves.

Add a stage, add a band, set genres and set times. Bands invited via email, schedule auto-publishes to the public site. Active toggle so cancellations don't strand attendees with stale info.

Pricing

Pricing scales with the size of your event.
Talk to us.

Every event is different. A 200-car local cruise has different needs than a 45,000-attendee regional show. We size pricing to what you actually run — and we don't charge integration fees, vendor lock-in, or hidden per-transaction skim. Tell us what your event looks like and we'll come back with a number.

Operator questions

The objections we hear.
Answered straight.

01
We already use Eventbrite / a custom site / spreadsheets. What's the cost of switching?

Nothing structural. ClearPath imports prior years' rosters, vendor lists, and sponsor histories. Your first event is the migration — not a parallel run. If we can't make the switch boring, we'll tell you on the first call.

02
What happens on event day if your platform goes down?

Two answers. First, the platform is read-mostly on event day and cached on every device — gate scanning and lookup keep working through brief network blips. Second, every screen has a manual fallback (search by name, paper roster export) so a worst-case outage doesn't strand the gate.

03
Do we own our data?

Yes. Registrants, vendors, sponsors, volunteers — all exportable as CSV any time, no friction. We don't sell aggregated event data. We don't train models on it. If you leave, you leave with everything.

04
Can vendors and sponsors apply without creating ClearPath accounts?

Yes. Public application forms live on your event's domain. Vendors fill them out, pay through Stripe, get a confirmation email. They never see "ClearPath" until you place them on the map. The platform runs quietly behind your event's brand.

05
Will my volunteer team actually use it?

The volunteer signup is a public web page — no app install, no login. The event-day mobile portal is QR-and-PIN access on whatever phone they brought. We've watched seventy-year-old Rotarians sign in faster than the kid running the merch table. If your volunteers can scan a parking-meter QR, they can use this.

Run the show yourself.
Without running it on spreadsheets.

Tell us how your event runs today — registration, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, day-of operations. We'll show you what the first 90 days inside ClearPath looks like, sized to your event.
